Daniel C. Justus
Daniel C. Justus joined the firm in April 2015 and has focused his practice on personal injury litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School in 2014. While at John Marshall, Mr. Justus served as Executive Chairman of the Trial Advocacy Team and Executive Vice-Chairman of the Moot Court Honor Board. During his tenure with these organizations, Mr. Justus was a member of five national law school trial competition teams including John Marshall's first ever Georgia Intrastate Championship team, defeating the twelve time defending champion, University of Georgia. Additionally, he received the John Marshall Excellence in Trial Advocacy Award along with the Southern Illinois Invitational Best Witness Examination Award.
Prior to joining the firm Mr. Justus clerked for the Honorable Beth Bloom of the United States District Court of the Southern District of Florida, the Paulding County District Attorney's Office in Dallas, GA, and Golden & Cowan, P.A. in Miami, FL.
In his free time, Mr. Justus enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including golfing, fishing, and biking. In June 2016 he married his college sweetheart, Maria.
